Job summary

Restek seeks a Director of Continuous Improvement in Bellefonte, PA to lead an enterprise-wide CI program. You will set strategy, drive Kaizen events, and oversee cross-functional transformation projects across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Experience.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll build a capable CI team, establish a management system, and partner with Finance to validate savings and P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive operations and CI experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior CI or operational excellence leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong track record leading enterprise-level Lean transformations with financially validated results.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year CI strategy and roadmap aligned with Restek’s plans.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, VSM, and transformation projects across functions.
• Drive improvements in OEE, quality, delivery, cost, and customer outcomes.
• Build CI capability by developing the CI team and training curriculum.
• Place metrics and dashboards to communicate progress from shop floor to exec team.
