Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manager - Continuous Improvement to lead and scale continuous improvement initiatives across its manufacturing functions. The role requires implementing standardized processes, defining auditable procedures, and driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

You will collaborate with enterprise-wide stakeholders to push innovation while maintaining a strong safety and compliance focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operational execution, supply chain, business administration or another relevant field
8+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations in engineering and/or operational leadership roles
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally
Experience in environments such as electrical manufacturing, OEM, or multi-site global manufacturing environments
Strong change leadership and lean six-sigma expertise

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with company goals
Define and deploy standard work and visual management across manufacturing locations
Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvements and cost reductions
Identify and deploy AI and other tools to speed execution and improve quality
Prepare regular status updates and ROI reports for senior management
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and safety
