Job summary
Restek Corporation is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to stand up an enterprise-wide CI program and build Lean culture across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Experience. You will lead multi-year initiatives and Kaizen events, partnering with Finance to validate savings and ensure improvements appear in the P&L.
The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires a track record of delivering measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration (master's preferred) or related field.
- 10+ years progressive operations and CI experience, including at least 5 years in a senior CI/operational-excellence leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year CI roadmap aligned with Restek's strategic plan and annual operating plan.
- Lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and transformation projects across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and customer experience.
- Drive gains in OEE, yield, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, and total cost of quality.
