Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Sr. Content Manager - Consumer to lead and evolve the company’s consumer content ecosystem.

You will guide editorial, social, education, creator content, and owned-channel experiences while inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact work. You will translate brand strategy into an always-on content vision, drive performance with data, and ensure content aligns with product launches and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of relevant content, social media, editorial, digital marketing, or integrated marketing experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
• 4+ years of demonstrated people leadership and direct team management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated, always-on consumer content strategy informed by Brand strategy and business priorities.
• Translate Brand briefs and strategic priorities into coordinated editorial and content plans across organic social and other owned-channel experiences.
• Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary Consumer Content team and create a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Own the integrated content calendar and align it with marketing calendars and product priorities.
• Partner with influencer and creator teams to activate authentic creator-led content and measure performance.
• Establish content KPIs and reporting practices using data and audience insights.
