Nordic Naturals seeks a Digital Merchandising Lead to drive organic content strategy across DTC and retailer eCommerce channels. You will ensure accuracy, optimize user experience, and align content with channel needs while collaborating with brand marketing, web, sales, and creative/regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong interest in evolving digital media tech, a strategic mindset, and an analytical approach to improve engagement, conversion, and search performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in eCommerce content strategy
• Experience with eCommerce retailers and/or DTC channels
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with content syndication/PIM tools (Syndigo, Salsify)

Responsabilités

• Own organic content strategy across eCommerce channels within brand guidelines
• Coordinate updates with brand marketing, web, sales and creative/regulatory teams
• Ensure content is brand-safe, optimized for search engines and user experience
• Leverage metrics to maximize engagement and purchase intent
• Develop process improvements for PIM syndication and automation
