Job summary

ICIMS, Inc. is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to lead the day-to-day CI program, gathering and distributing competitive and market intelligence to Sales, Product, and Marketing for faster, sharper decisions.

You’ll build an AI-first engine, using generative AI, agents, and automation to monitor the market and scale CI beyond manual effort, collaborating with senior leadership on pricing, product strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, product marketing, or related strategic analysis (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents or automated workflows.
• Track record of spotting insights and acting without being asked.
• Strong analytical and written/presentation skills for clear, actionable takeaways.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing collection and synthesis of intelligence on ICIMS’ tier 1 and tier 2 competitors.
• Build AI-powered market monitoring and automated workflows to surface what matters.
• Flag emerging threats and trends with recommended responses.
• Publish recurring competitive digests and real-time leadership alerts.
• Lead win/loss analysis with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships supporting CI programs.
• Maintain internal competitive profiles and battlecards.
• Draft positioning documents aligned with ICIMS messaging.
• Turn insights into sales plays and field training.
• Present findings in meetings and executive briefings.
• Test new AI tools and share best practices with teams.
