Job summary

associacareers is seeking a Director of Community Management to lead branch operations, oversee staff performance, and drive strategic planning and fiscal management at the San Diego location.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, expert MS Office skills, and proven leadership in community association settings. A Bachelor’s degree is required, an MBA is preferred, with significant supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 5–7 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
• 5–7 years of Community Association experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations at the branch.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Monitor branch staff performance and operations.
• Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors at branch level.
• Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
