Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs in the San Diego area. You will work closely with the Director of Community Association Management and Boards to ensure professional, timely service and alignment with guiding principles.

You will build strong relationships with homeowners and vendors, manage budgets, and drive strategic improvements in service levels, compliance, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2–3 years in property management / community management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage diverse portfolios.
• Experience in managing developer portfolios and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Boards, assisting with contractor selection and insurance coordination.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance services, amenities, and efficiency.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings with actionable reports.
• Present timely financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior staff to ensure high performance.
