Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, families, and Employee Partners.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA regulations and state rules related to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage Resident Services, Employee Partner administration, and property management functions.
• Coordinate sales/marketing to support occupancy targets and maintain a positive community image.
• Monitor financials: budgeting, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes; ensure accurate records.
