Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise Resident Services and coordinate with health care providers as needed.
• Manage Employee Partners: recruitment, training, performance, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee Sales/Marketing plans to support occupancy goals.
• Coordinate property management with Maintenance Director.
• Manage financial records and annual budget development and adherence.
• Ensure safety and security of Residents and staff.
