Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a licensed nurse leader to oversee clinical operations in a senior living community. You will be on-call for 24/7 operations, manage the nursing schedule, and coordinate treatments within licensure and state regulations.

You will supervise care staff, ensure infection control procedures, and maintain care records while collaborating with the Executive Director and families to meet residents’ healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Current WA nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in good standing.
• Proven leadership in a senior living/clinical setting.
• Experience coordinating meds, care plans, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing process to assess and plan resident care.
• Lead clinical operations 24/7 and schedule nursing staff.
• Coordinate medications/treatments per regulations and policy.
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs.
• Train and supervise Care Partners and licensed nurses.
• Serve as clinical liaison with families and professionals.
