Job summary

Trustwell Living of Mission Springs is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of our assisted living communities. You will oversee operations, ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while driving growth and revenue.

The role requires strategic leadership, people development, strong financial management, and the ability to build relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders. A commitment to dignity and compassionate service guides every decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• State-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification required.
• 3+ years as Executive Director or Administrator in senior living.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for assisted living.
• Proven financial management and budgeting experience.
• Sales and marketing experience with occupancy targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing quality care and improving seniors' lives.

Deliver Excellence, Every Time: Regularly assess services, measure resident satisfaction, and implement smart improvements to deliver next-level care.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered.
• State regulations require state-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification.
• 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
• Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
