Job summary

Tradition Senior Living is seeking an experienced operations professional to support the Executive Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of independent, assisted living and memory care communities. The role emphasizes cost-effective management, resident satisfaction, and staff leadership to maintain Tradition’s high standards.

You will coordinate confidential financial and human resources tasks, manage labor within budget, and facilitate resident-focused communications and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of operations management experience or equivalent
• Understanding of financial parameters and budget management
• Ability to address and resolve concerns of employees, residents and families
• Proven customer relations skills and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality with financial records, payroll, and resident issues
• Assist with management of labor and expenses within budget
• Coordinate move-ins, mailboxes, keys and resident listings
• Lead the Hospitality committee and coordinate with residents and families
• Communicate with residents, families and Tradition team members
• Support the Executive Director with operational tasks as needed
• Perform administrative duties including record-keeping and compliance
