Job summary

Jacob is seeking a Head of Community and Partnerships in New York City to lead creator seeding and gifting programs, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. You will partner directly with the Founder/CEO to build a network of creators and influencers for gifting, paid ads, and partnerships.

You will manage outreach via Instagram and Facebook, grow the UGC program to scale Meta ads, and ensure relationships become lasting partnerships while coordinating agency support for kits and

Qualifications

• Direct, relevant experience managing partnerships and creators at another consumer brand.
• The drive to start conversations, pursue opportunities, and keep work moving without constant direction.
• An instinct for who fits the brand and how to approach them in a way that feels personal.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail across outreach, recipient lists, shipment, and partner commitments.

Responsibilities

• Build an expanding list of creators, influencers, and potential partners whose interests and audiences authentically align with Jacob.
• Grow our UGC program with high quality content that scales our Meta ad account.
• Run a consistent sampling and gifting program through daily outreach, starting personal conversations through Instagram and Facebook.
• Nurture relationships that turn into enduring partnerships.
• Brief and manage agencies producing custom kits and shippers.
• Be the daily point of contact for community (culture) conversations in our Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments.
