Eat Jacob is seeking a Head of Community and Partnerships in New York City. You will build creator and influencer partnerships, manage gifting programs, and grow the brand’s community across social channels.

In this role, you will drive influencer collaborations, nurture lasting partnerships, and coordinate with agencies to deliver custom kits. This is a full-time, in-office position with a compensation range of $100k–$150k per year.

Qualifications

• Direct, relevant experience managing partnerships and creators at a consumer brand.
• Ability to start conversations and pursue opportunities with minimal direction.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail across outreach and partnerships.
• Enthusiasm for Jacob and its health values.
• Based in NYC and able to work in-office.

Responsabilités

• Build an expanding list of creators, influencers, and partners aligned with Jacob.
• Grow the UGC program with high quality content for Meta ads.
• Run a sampling and gifting program via daily outreach on Instagram and Facebook.
• Nurture relationships into enduring partnerships.
• Brief and manage agencies for custom kits and shipments.
• Be the daily contact for community conversations in DMs and comments.
