Jacob Bar Inc. in New York City seeks a Head of Community and Partnerships to run creator seeding and gifting, manage influencer collaborations, and grow community engagement. You will build partnerships with creators, guide gifting programs, and oversee agency briefs while serving as the main contact for social conversations.

The role is full-time in-office in NYC, with a cash compensation of $100k-$150k. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO to scale creator partnerships and brand

Qualifications

• Experience building creator or influencer networks for consumer brands.
• Ability to manage gifting, partnerships, and paid collaborations.
• Strong communication, outreach, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build an expanding list of creators and partners aligned with the Jacob brand.
• Grow the UGC program to scale Meta ads and content quality.
• Run gifting and outreach campaigns via Instagram and Facebook.
• Nurture enduring partnerships and manage agencies on kit shipments.
• Act as daily contact for community conversations in DMs and comments.
• Direct experience managing partnerships at a consumer brand.
• Drive conversations and opportunities with proactive follow-through.
• Identify fits for the brand and approach them with a personal touch.
• Maintain recipient lists, shipments, and partner commitments with detail.
