Equinix is seeking a Director, Commercial Management to oversee regional expansion construction programs. You will drive cost control, ensure financial rigor, and manage major contract risks while guiding a team of Commercial Managers across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes strategic budgeting, procurement leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance and project teams to optimize value and ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience ideally in data center or mission critical system design and construction and costing.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, financial or related field preferred.
• RICS Accreditation preferred.
• Royal Institute Chartered Surveyor accreditation referenced.

Responsabilidades

• Provides strategic oversight for planning and monitoring construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitors budget adherence, cost checks and value engineering throughout the project lifespan.
• Guides procurement, contracting strategy and sign-off of construction agreements.
• Leads commercial risk management, audits and contingency analyses.
• Drives global coordination with legal, corporate development and internal stakeholders.
