Novolex is seeking an IT Director – Finance and Procurement to lead the strategic vision, delivery, and optimization of technology platforms driving revenue, customer acquisition, and market growth across Commercial, Finance, and related functions.

You will own the Commercial technology roadmap, govern pricing and rebate systems, oversee CRM and e‑commerce platforms, and drive AI-enabled capabilities while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across enterprise applications and strategic programs.
• 3+ years leading or supporting Commercial application portfolios.
• Proven track record with SAP ecosystems, CRM ecosystems, pricing solutions, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial transformation and systems roadmap including data governance.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance to align tech with business priorities.
• Drive value realization from CRM, pricing, and e-commerce platforms through governance and product ownership.
• Manage cross-functional projects including scope, budget, timeline, and change management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and portfolio budget management (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Ensure data governance, cybersecurity, and release governance across platforms.
• Support enterprise integration and reporting capabilities; enable AI across the portfolio.
