Summary Description of the Position
The IT Director – Commercial Applications is responsible for the strategic vision, delivery, and optimization of all technology platforms driving revenue, customer acquisition, and market growth.
The position provides enterprise leadership across Commercial processes, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities, including process governance in pricing and rebate management, customer-facing systems like CRM, digital commerce, operational reporting, and customer data management. Serving as the business product owner for core commercial platforms, this leader ensures systems, data, and processes are aligned to deliver revenue growth, pricing effectiveness, customer insights, and scalable operations.
The role works closely with Commercial leadership, Finance, executive stakeholders, and service line leaders to drive strategic alignment, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business value and transformation through technology.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 - 200,000 plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
