Job summary

Cognitiv is seeking a Director of Client Success to build and lead a growing team, own client relationships, health, retention, and growth, and push toward a commercially minded organization. You will drive client outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will join client calls, mentor leaders, and help Cognitiv expand partnerships while maintaining a high bar for performance and accountability in a dynamic AdTech environment.

• Senior-level experience in client success or account management.
• Experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• People management and coaching.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue growth focus.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Success team.
• Act as senior strategic advisor to key clients.
• Join client calls and lead key meetings.
• Manage health, retention, and expansion strategies.
• Partner with Sales to expand after deals.
• Standardize processes and best practices for scale.
