Job summary

RethinkCare is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and value realization from our neurodiversity-focused platform.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive renewals, and translate client feedback into product improvements, requiring strong relationship-building and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience interfacing directly with clients including HR departments, brokers, consultants, third party vendors, and C‑suite individuals.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and ensure overall client satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, renewals, and strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and BCBA to resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Communicate client status and opportunities for value prop enhancements to Rethink leadership.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product and service improvements.
