Right at Home Austin West is seeking a dynamic Director of Client Success to elevate operations, champion quality assurance, and drive strategic growth across the client and caregiver lifecycle. In this role, you will own the lifecycle, lead field execution, and oversee service delivery for our busy in-home care agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, or leadership.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance audits with field presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, supervisory visits, and care-plan development to ensure client retention.
• Oversee visit tracking, audit compliance, and data accuracy in internal systems.
• Coach caregivers through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Serve as the primary liaison among clients, families, and care coordinators.
