Job summary

Caring Senior Service seeks a Director to lead our El Paso office in a hands-on, startup-style environment. You will build and lead a capable team, drive growth, and ensure exceptional care for clients and families.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, mentoring staff, growing the agency, and maintaining compliance while managing scheduling, billing, and collections. Ability to travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting office staff and caregivers.
• Creating a positive, accountable, mission-driven team culture.
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations; managing licensing and records.
• Driving budgets, scheduling, payroll, and collections; monitoring financial performance.
