Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services in Austin to lead all branch operations, drive service quality, and manage financial performance.

This on-site leadership role oversees staffing, budgeting, and relationships with referral sources and community partners. The position requires a high school diploma with supervisory experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1+ years in business development and home care or staffing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate branch performance and compliance meetings.
• Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships.
• Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients and referral partners.
• Foster a positive team culture and drive employee engagement and accountability.
