Right at Home Southern Arizona seeks a Client Experience Team Leader to own our most important relationships—the clients, their families, and the caregivers who serve them—while guiding and holding accountable the team that makes it all run.

You will lead a three-person administrative team, manage caregivers, and drive revenue by anticipating client needs, ensuring proper client-caregiver matching, and growing service hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small administrative team and coordinating caregiver staff.
• Proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities and risks early.
• Strong focus on delivering client-centered care and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person administrative team and manage caregivers while owning client relationships.
• Grow service hours with existing clients by anticipating needs.
• Maintain a 1.5:1 caregiver-to-client ratio.
• Hit ongoing revenue objectives for the office each quarter.
• Zero unstaffed client visits.
• Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.
• Hire, onboard, train, and support professional caregivers.
