Maverick is seeking a Director of Client Services to rebuild, scale, and own the end-to-end client experience for builders and policyholders. This hands-on role focuses on designing workflows, dashboards, and KPIs, while ensuring compliant licensing and operational excellence across the service and underwriting functions.

You will lead a high-performance client service operation, develop scalable processes, and collaborate with product and engineering to automate workflows as the operation grows

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator with ability to design processes and dashboards.
• Experience leading client service or insurance operations with measurable improvement.
• Hands-on commercial-lines experience required; ability to become resident expert (coverages, products, carriers, licensing).
• Florida 2-20 general lines license (or ability to obtain it promptly); CPCU, CIC, CISR, or similar designations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the End-to-End Client Experience across the full client lifecycle and oversee service for policyholders and builder partners.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to manage the operation and improve service levels.
• Direct processing workflows for warranty and account-management activity; align with product and engineering as needed.
• Design scalable processes and automation with cross-functional teams to support growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance, licensing discipline, and ongoing training across the service and underwriting functions.
