Job summary

Maverick seeks a Director of Client Services in Saint Petersburg, FL to lead and scale the insurance operations for builder customers. You will own end-to-end client experiences, design workflows, and build dashboards that drive measurable performance in a fast-growing operation.

You will oversee processing workflows, ensure licensing compliance, and become Maverick’s resident insurance expert with deep coverage and carrier knowledge, partnering with product and engineering to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations leadership in client services or insurance.
• Experience improving operations with measurable results.
• Florida 2-20 general lines license or ability to obtain it promptly.
• CPCU, CIC, CISR, or similar designations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience for builder customers across the full lifecycle.
• Design and document workflows, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to manage the operation with the VP of Customer Success.
• Oversee processing workflows for warranty and account-management activities.
• Ensure compliance with licensing discipline and E&O across service and underwriting functions.
• Grow into resident insurance expert with coverage, products, and carriers knowledge.
