Job summary

Maverick is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to own and scale the service side of its insurance operation in Florida. You will lead the client lifecycle, design processes, and build dashboards to measure performance while ensuring licensing compliance and operational excellence.

You will partner with senior leaders to automate workflows, manage processing and underwriting, and drive a high-performance culture across builder partnerships and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leader in client services or insurance operations with a track record of impact.
• Experience handling commercial-lines insurance and licensing compliance.
• Strong data skills and ability to build dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client experience across renewals, endorsements, and support.
• Design workflows, standards, and operating procedures for the team.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance and accountability.
• Oversee processing and underwriting workflows with potential scope in structural warranty.
• Drive scalable operations and automation with product and engineering partners.
• Ensure licensing compliance across states and maintain E&O discipline.
• Serve as a senior insurance authority and carrier-relations leader.
