Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Director, Client Services to lead the client‑facing delivery organization across Core, Digital, Cards, AI and Hardware. You will supervise Implementation, Professional Services, and Client Education, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope launches and high client satisfaction.

You will own data conversions, oversee paid engagements, manage partner relationships, and drive delivery metrics and budget accountability across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in client implementation, project management, or delivery leadership in fintech/ SaaS.
• 4+ years leading a client-facing delivery team with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience scoping and estimating project effort and documenting Solutions in SOWs.
• Experience managing third‑party delivery partners with accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end client delivery across Core, Digital, Cards, AI and Hardware.
• Own data conversion strategy, validation, cutover planning, and post‑conversion support.
• Lead paid professional services engagements and manage SOWs and change orders.
• Oversee partner relationships, service levels, and vendor coordination for go‑live dates.
• Direct client education to enable onboarding and product adoption.
• Forecast resource capacity and plan staffing across product lines.
• Own the budget and delivery cost, reporting performance to leadership.
• Formulate delivery standards and quality gates; drive continuous improvement.
