Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead the client-facing delivery organization across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware. You will oversee Implementation, Professional Services, and Client Education, ensuring on-time, high-quality launches and seamless client enablement.

You will direct data conversion, post-go-live stabilization, and executive-level risk management while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years in client implementation, project management, professional services, or delivery leadership within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
4+ years leading and developing a client-facing delivery team.
Experience scoping and estimating project effort and documenting solutions in Statements of Work.
Experience managing third-party delivery partners or subcontracted implementation resources.

Responsibilities

Directs the delivery of implementation across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware, ensuring on-time, on-scope launches.
Owns end-to-end client data conversion, including strategy, mock cycles, and post-conversion verification.
Directs paid client engagements such as configuration, integrations, and custom reporting.
Manages Blossom’s delivery partner relationships and ensures partner-delivered outcomes meet client needs.
Directs client education, onboarding curricula, and staff training across the client services org.
Forecasts resource capacity and plans staffing to meet commitments across product lines.
Owns the client services budget and partners with Sales during pre-sales to scope and estimate effort.
