Blossom in New York is seeking a Director, Client Services to lead Blossom’s client-facing delivery organization across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware. The role encompasses Implementation, Professional Services, and Client Education to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of a departmental budget and financial accountability.
• Experience delivering concurrent, complex implementations across multiple product lines.
• Working knowledge of financial institution operations and core banking systems.
• Ability to establish delivery metrics and drive measurable improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs client implementation projects across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware with on-time, on-scope launches.
• Establishes go-live readiness criteria and approves readiness at each gate.
• Manages professional services engagements and approves change orders within delegated authority.
• Owns Blossom’s delivery methodology, project plans, and milestone tracking.
• Forecasts resource capacity and plans staffing to meet dates across all product lines.
• Leads client education, onboarding curricula, and role-based training for staff.
• Directs the delivery partner ecosystem and coordinates with third-party vendors.
