Job summary

Blossom seeks a Director, Client Services to lead the client-facing delivery organization across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware. This role ensures on-time, scoped launches with clean data and prepares client teams for ongoing success.

You will own the delivery system, mentor staff, and drive performance across Implementation, Professional Services, and Client Education. Travel 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in client implementation, project management, professional services, or delivery leadership within fintech/SaaS.
• 4+ years leading a client-facing delivery team with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directs all client implementation projects across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware, ensuring on-time, on-scope launches.
• Owns Blossom’s delivery methodology, project plan templates, quality gates, and milestone tracking.
• Manages the services backlog and prioritizes engagements against commitments and capacity.
• Forecasts resource capacity and plans staffing to meet dates across product lines.
• Reports delivery performance and client satisfaction to senior leadership.
