Responsibilities
- Directs the client delivery across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware to ensure on-time, on-scope launches.
- Owns staffing, training, and performance management for consistent delivery quality.
- Manages budget, capacity planning, and delivery metrics for executive visibility.
- Leads data conversion, platform migrations, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize enablement and reduce support friction.
