Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead the client-facing delivery organization across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware. You will own delivery outcomes, establish repeatable methodologies, and ensure go-live readiness with data, training, and site readiness.

You will supervise staff, mentor teams, and partner with Product and Engineering to reduce support needs while maintaining high client satisfaction. Excellent leadership and strategic delivery experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 8+ years in client implementation, project management, or delivery leadership in fintech/SaaS.
• Experience leading a client-facing delivery team and managing budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive collaboration skills.
• Ability to scope and estimate multi-product client engagements and prioritize backlog.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end client delivery across Core, Digital, Cards, AI, and Hardware.
• Sets delivery standards, scoping, estimation, and governance gates with clients.
• Manages data conversion, go-live readiness, and risk across engagements.
• Leads staffing, mentoring, and performance management for the Client Services team.
• Partners with Sales during pre-sales to scope effort and define SOWs.
