Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Proven Analytical Skills and experience using data and insights to improve Customer Satisfaction and inform client recommendations.
• Background in Team Management, including coaching, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally with agency partners.
• Experience working in or with marketing, advertising, or creative agencies, with an understanding of brand, content, and digital channels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear action plans.
• Extensive design and copywriting experience with a focus on performance marketing.
• Organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and discovery with new and existing accounts.
