You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, nurture client relationships, and oversee vendor/IC partnerships to ensure service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales, account management, operations, or related field with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Experience managing financial performance and driving revenue/profitability.
• Strong client relationship management and retention focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Operations Team: coach FSMs, Night Managers, and ops staff to drive performance and growth.
• Drive Financial Performance: oversee revenue, profitability, expenses, and IC margins to meet goals.
• Recruit and Develop Talent: identify, hire, onboard, and train operational employees.
• Build Client Relationships and Retention: strengthen client relationships and achieve retention above 90%.
• Manage Vendor and Independent Contractor Relationships to support service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure Service Quality and Compliance to meet client scopes of work.
• Drive Account Growth: identify cross-selling opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee New Client Starts: support launches for a smooth transition and strong client experience.
• Maintain Operational Standards: ensure inspections, follow-up actions, and CRM accuracy.
• Support Employee Development: complete 60-day reviews, Level 5 meetings, and annual reviews.
• Lead in the Field: work with FSMs weekly to coach, evaluate delivery, and provide coverage.
• Travel Within the Greenville market: up to 50% travel as required.
