Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks an experienced Director of Operations in Greenville, SC to lead and grow the local operations team. You will drive financial performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the market.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage field operations, and travel up to 50% to support client launches and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and profitability.
• Strong client relationship management and retention focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations Team, including FSMs and Night Managers.
• Drive revenue, manage expenses, and monitor IC margins to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train operational staff to build a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and maintain client retention above 90%.
• Oversee vendor and Independent Contractor relationships to ensure service quality.
• Grow existing accounts, cross-sell non-janitorial services, and support new client starts.
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and CRM data accuracy.
• Lead in the field with weekly on-site presence and travel within the Greenville market.
