Job summary

You will build trusted relationships with client executives and lead multi-project initiatives across processing, packaging, utilities, and facility modernization. Qualifications

• Over 15 years of leading and delivering capital programs in manufacturing (DB/EPC).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience with regulated environments (GMP/HACCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings targets, pricing, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC initiatives.
• Lead pursuit strategy, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal SMEs across process, A/E, preconstruction, and construction for integrated solutions.
