Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, seeks a Director of Client Development to lead large-scale capital programs in food & beverage manufacturing, including design-build and EPC initiatives. You will drive bookings, commercial strategy, and delivery outcomes, engaging with executive stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.

Competenze

15+ years leading capital programs for manufacturing clients in a DB/EPC or integrated A/E/C environment.
Deep understanding of food manufacturing operations, including hygienic zoning and GMP/HACCP exposure.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary delivery teams with scope, cost, schedule, and margin ownership.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for client engagement, site walkdowns, and industry events.

Mansioni

Own bookings targets, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC initiatives.
Lead pursuit strategy, negotiations, and executive presentations with clients.
Coordinate internal SMEs across process, architecture/engineering, preconstruction, construction, and controls.
Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline governance, and backlog health.
