Barry-Wehmiller’s BW Design Group is seeking a Director, Client Development for Food & Beverage manufacturing design-build and EPC initiatives. You will drive large-scale capital programs ($100M+) with direct accountability for bookings, commercial strategy, and delivery outcomes across brownfield and greenfield facilities.

A strong emphasis on executive stakeholder engagement and multi-project leadership will define success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading capital programs in DB/EPC or integrated A/E/C environments.
• Deep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments (GMP/HACCP) is a plus.
• Executive-level communication with stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Own bookings targets, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC deals.
• Engage with client executives across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and EHS to align investments with growth and compliance.
• Lead pursuit strategy; negotiate terms, delivery approach, pricing, and risk allocation with accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate internal SMEs across process, A/E, preconstruction, construction, and controls for integrated DB/EPC solutions.
• Participate in go/no-go reviews, pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM to support growth and backlog health.
• Sponsor execution and closeout, maintaining client satisfaction and long-term profitability.
