Option Care Health seeks a Director, Practice Liaison (CPL) to lead the Chronic Practice Liaison organization nationwide, driving referral growth, provider engagement and patient progression while coordinating strategic account development.

The role develops commercial strategies, collaborates with Sales, Operations, Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Market Access and Clinical teams, and leads a national CPL team to maximize referrals and profitable growth across chronic therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion, biotech, or provider-facing commercial leadership.
• 5+ years leading national or regional field teams.
• Proven ability to drive referral growth and provider engagement.
• Strong financial, operational, and business planning acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead national CPL team and develop commercial strategies for chronic therapy markets.
• Identify high-value referral sources and strategic accounts.
• Drive referral volume, patient starts, revenue and gross profit growth across chronic therapies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Market Access, and Clinical teams to optimize plans.
• Establish market penetration strategies for health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, physician groups, and specialty practices.
• Build executive-level relationships with key referral sources and provider accounts.
• Serve as escalation point for provider concerns and access barriers.
• Develop provider engagement programs to strengthen loyalty and referral utilization.
• Ensure execution of account planning and growth initiatives across markets.
