Position: Director of Channel Partnerships
Overview:
Talisman Advisory Partners have been retained by a private-equity-backed renewable energy infrastructure developer, to assist them with a strategic hire – Director of Channel Partnerships. The right candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success in Business Development or Sales in renewable energy development, property-technology (prop-tech), engineering, EV charging, construction or an adjacent market sector. This role comes with significant earning potential and an equity award. Following an explosive period of growth in 2024, they are looking for a Director or Manager of Channel Partnerships to build and strengthen relationships with key business partners, drive new opportunities, and solidify their position as an industry leader.
About the Role
As the Director of Channel Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach through strategic business partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate, manage, and grow relationships with partners such as EPC’s, EV hardware manufacturers, software providers, O&M businesses, real estate investment trusts, prop-tech companies, energy providers, construction stakeholders, generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a blend of business development expertise, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge to establish a strong network of partners who can accelerate the growth of the business.
