Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Director, Change Enablement to define and deliver the communications, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness strategy for a large payroll transformation in the U.S. and Canada.

You will own the Change Enablement operating model and direct a team of managers ensuring high-quality execution across the portfolio. The role requires strategic thinking, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to connect transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area.
• Change management and executive communications experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the integrated Change Enablement strategy for the payroll transformation organization.
• Translate the transformation roadmap into an executable change enablement plan aligned to milestones and schedules.
• Establish the Change Enablement operating model, governance routines, standards, tools, and execution framework.
• Lead, manage, and develop Change Enablement Managers with clear priorities and coaching.
