This role translates strategic priorities into an integrated transformation portfolio and drives planning, execution, and operational readiness to deliver change. You will lead planning, project management, and readiness capabilities to modernize T&S operations as the delivery business scales, collaborating with Technology, Product, Strategy, Finance, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, strategy, portfolio or program management, operational readiness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate T&S transformation by translating strategic vision and business priorities into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize ways of working by identifying operating models, best practices, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Govern strategic portfolio planning by developing integrated T&S roadmaps and partnering with Technology, Product, Strategy, Finance, and business teams.
• Drive execution and accountability by providing updates on status, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Lead operational readiness and change management by coordinating implementation, testing, stakeholder alignment, communications, and launch readiness.
• Manage program performance through KPIs, scorecards, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting.
• Lead high-priority special projects and rapid-response initiatives, including digital innovation, pilots, task forces, and cross-functional groups.
