Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead change initiatives across cross-functional teams at its Bentonville base. You’ll design and implement change management strategies, create communications for executives, and develop training and documentation to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

You will spearhead needs analyses, define KPIs, and monitor progress while coordinating with senior leadership to align people, processes, and platforms for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, IT, or related field plus 4 years in communications, HR, or related experience.
• Experience planning change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-step, Lewin’s model.
• Ability to plan, track, and manage change initiatives with MS Project and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategic communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation and training materials.
