Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of food, industry trends and fine dining.
• 4–6 years of experience in managing catering events.

Responsibilities

• Work with Service Managers and regional Directors to ensure events meet company and client standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer service for each event.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff for local operations.
• Conduct orientation for Catering Directors/Managers on company standards.
• Handle employee relations with team support.
• Coaching, counseling and follow-up training per company policies.
• Support staffing budgets and financial accountability for service.
