Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage a team of associates and nurture client relationships while ensuring the food provided to customers meets our high standards of quality.

You will collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus, oversee P&L and budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs, all while upholding Compass Group’s commitment to excellence and service across our healthcare,

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account and manage a team of associates.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client, and ensure high-quality food.
• Work with the Chef and management to create menus and implement top-quality offerings.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account and roll out new culinary programs.
