HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Director of Case Management to lead the department, align patient care and discharge planning with hospital operations, and ensure regulatory and quality objectives are met. The role requires executive presence, strong communication, and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in nursing, health admin, or MBA.
• RN license or equivalent licensure preferred.
• 3 years acute care hospital case management experience required.
• 2+ years leadership in case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates departmental operations and staffing to meet goals.
• Allocates resources to staff the department effectively.
• Oversees core case management functions and practice.
• Ensures adherence to care coordination and discharge processes.
• Collaborates with CFO and CM Leader to achieve goals.
• Monitors performance and implements improvements.
• Ensures policy compliance and SOP adherence.
• Builds relationships with CMO, CNO, and legal/compliance leaders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
