Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs department's activities to align with the mission, values and objectives.
• Oversees case management, social work and discharge planning initiatives to improve LOS and prevent readmissions.
• Manages budgets, staffing, audits, and ensures regulatory compliance and financial stewardship.
• Promotes collaboration across nursing, IT, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
