A leading acute care hospital in Central Florida is seeking a Director of Case Management to lead and grow the established Case Management team. The role emphasizes patient outcomes, care coordination, and operational excellence.

This position requires experience guiding change, staff development, and aligning case management with hospital strategy. The Director will oversee utilization review, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians and hospital leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN or LCSW licensure required (RN strongly preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Case Management leadership experience (within the last year).
• Strong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.

What We're Looking For
